Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration, with venue in Delaware unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.
By agreeing to these Terms, you voluntarily waive any right to bring a lawsuit in any court against PlainDivorce.com, and you accept that arbitration is your sole and exclusive remedy for resolving any dispute with us.
You also waive your right to participate in any class action or jury trial.
11. NORTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS
Certain disclaimers of legal responsibility may not apply to residents of North Carolina under applicable state law. Arbitration venue will be Raleigh, North Carolina for residents of the state.
12. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the Service indicates your agreement to the updated Terms.
13. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.
